Constructed with 6′ exterior walls and barn style roof to allow for more overhead storage. Comes with 4′ of loft space. Upgrades available to accommodate a 7′ or 8′ sidewall which allows for door placement on any wall. Review our standard features which includes a ¾” T&G floor system. The Gable

Constructed with 6′ exterior walls and gable style roof to meet most HOA height requirements. Upgrades available to accommodate a 7′ or 8′ sidewall. Review our standard features which includes a ¾” T&G floor system. Pictures shown with paint upgrade.

The Deluxe

Constructed with 7′ exterior walls and gable style roof with overhang to give character and interest to your backyard. The shed comes with one 2×2 window. A steeper pitched roof can also be added as an upgrade. Review our standard features which includes a ¾” T&G floor system. Pictures shown with paint upgrade.

Electricity must be available at the job site at the time of installation or prior arrangements should be made.

Check with your local city government to see if a building permit is required in your area.

A minimum 2’ clearance should be allowed above and around all sides of building for proper installation.

Prices do not include excavating, old shed removal, or any tree and shrub trimming.

Homeowner will assume all responsibility for permit applications and fees required by the City or HOA for new construction.  Please ask builder for assistance if needed.

How big of a storage building do I need?

Add your things’ length and width together. If they make a pile that is 5 × 5 feet, you would need a storage unit with at least 25 square feet.
